The Rules for Using PhotoCab

1. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your jurisdiction) to use PhotoCab. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

2. Acceptable Use

You agree to use PhotoCab only for lawful purposes and in a manner consistent with these Terms. You will not:

• Upload, share, or store content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on another person’s rights.
• Interfere with or disrupt the security, availability, or performance of the Services.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to access the source code of PhotoCab.
• Use automated systems to scrape data or send unsolicited communications.

3. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos, captions, and other content you upload (“User Content”). By using PhotoCab, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services. You represent that you have the necessary rights to share the User Content you upload.

4. Subscription & Payment

Some features of PhotoCab may require a paid subscription. If you choose a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable prior notice.

5. Intellectual Property

PhotoCab, including its software, design, logos, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to us. You may not use our branding or create derivative works without prior written consent.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to PhotoCab if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. You may stop using the Services at any time. Upon termination, your right to use PhotoCab ceases immediately, but sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

PhotoCab is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, so these limitations may not apply to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PhotoCab and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms to reflect updates to our practices or legal obligations. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services or by email. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
